Dr. Heyrani’s dedication to dentistry began early. As a teenager, she immigrated to the United States with her mother and three younger brothers. During this time, she balanced academic excellence with significant family responsibilities, helping support and guide her siblings while pursuing her education. These early experiences shaped the calm, compassionate, and patient-centered care she delivers as a dentist today.

Education, Training, and Experience

She earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, where she was accepted directly from high school. Driven by a passion for both science and art, Dr. Heyrani went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the UCLA School of Dentistry, one of the nation’s most prestigious dental schools.

Following dental school, Dr. Heyrani completed advanced clinical training through a general practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. There, she gained extensive experience treating complex dental cases and caring for patients with medical sensitivities—further strengthening her diagnostic skills and conservative treatment philosophy.

As a Bellflower dentist, Dr. Heyrani is widely recognized for her ability to help anxious and fearful patients feel comfortable and respected. She believes dentistry should never feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she focuses on education, transparency, and recommending only the dental treatment that is truly necessary.

Dr. Heyrani is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi, allowing her to communicate clearly with patients from diverse backgrounds. She maintains active membership in the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry, and was invited to join the distinguished Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity during her training.

Dr. Heyrani met her husband and professional partner, Dr. Pejman Nasibi, orthodontist at Dreamland Dental & Orthodontics, while studying at UCLA.
